Bill White, Jr. entered the world of Real Estate in 2003 and has seen markets that favor both buyers and sellers. After selling for 10+ years, Bill now enjoys his role as the Managing Broker for Baird & Warner's Glen Ellyn office.

Tech-savvy and creative, Bill makes sure his agents are on top of local and national market trends so they can keep their clients informed. With his sales background, Bill can offer mentoring and transactional advice for both newer and seasoned sales associates. With the training, coaching and resources that Baird & Warner offers (not to mention pre-licensing opportunities) Bill relishes the opportunity to help continue to grow what is truly one of Baird & Warner's finest offices.

As a Realtor, Bill was honored multiple times in print (Naperville Magazine, Chicago Magazine and Chicago Agent Magazine). Before becoming Managing Broker for Glen Ellyn, Bill was the Assistant Manager for both Baird & Warner Frankfort and Orland Park.

A proud graduate of the University of Illinois, Bill can be found following his Illini when away from the office. As a former employee of the Chicago Bears, Bill can speak fluently about the NFL as well as Real Estate. Bill also lived in Germany for a bit while working for NFL Europe's Rhein Fire.

Born and raised in Naperville, Bill currently resides in north Naperville with his wife and two kids.

"Bill was a great agent. We moved from Downtown Chicago to Naperville and Bill was a tremendous help. Despite all the research I thought I had done, Bill always seemed to provide a touch of insight into our thoughts and wisdom about certain areas, school districts and neighborhoods. We looked at dozens of houses, and as tedious as it was, Bill made the experience enjoyable and picked up on our tastes pretty quickly. When it did come time to put in offers his insight was great, always giving us a ballpark starting point when we asked and never pressured us into anything we weren't comfortable with. Several times we went back and forth with sellers and were able to stand our ground and he never pushed us just to close the deal. Communication is probably one of Bill's strongest assets as an agent. We exchanged hundreds of emails and texts and dozens of phone calls and he always replied quickly. I am glad the home buying process is over, but am happy we had such a great experience with a great agent. Thank you Bill."

"My home search was a marathon 7 month process. And my first realtor was not at all a good experience. I switched over to Bill and from that point onward, we became very good friends. He knows his job very well. He will not come in your way during home visits but at the same time, paying attention to details to help you out with things you may miss. He is extremely good with technology and that helps a lot with fast, quick communications. He always made time for homes we wanted to see at pretty short notice. In the whole process, we might have submitted around 7-8 offers and 3 of them we had contract on. But he was very patient with whole process and didn't complain a bit about too many offers and contracts. I will highly recommend him for any kind of a real estate search.
